If it's their combs and wattles or pointy hackle and saddle feathers, then they probably are roosters. Some roosters just don't get hit by their hormones until much later.
Yes, maybe they are just late bloomers? I had posted pics of them a couple months ago and the consensus was that they were cockerels, maybe I should post pics again? I don't really see any saddle feathers or pointy hackle feathers yet, but their combs and wattles are definitely larger then everyone else and very red.
