I hope you see improvement! Coccidiosis is the most likely culprit as you already know, but take note that if you are still seeing a lot of blood after treating for Coccidiosis, severe fungal or bacterial infections of the digestive tract can also cause bleeding like this. I nearly lost my lifelong companion parrot to a fungal infection last year, and the only symptom was when she began passing blood. I keep her conditions pristine; the fungal spores that cause it are ubiquitous in the environment and are opportunistic so it can happen even in a very clean environment. Chickens are generally more resilient to these types of infections but they are possible; just something to bear in mind if your current treatment does not work.

This is exactly why anything I bring home now goes on preventive dose Corid water for a week. It's devastating to lose them when they're old enough that they "should" be fine. Been there, done that, sadly.
