I would take the picture of the b complex that Miss Lydia referenced on post #14. Show the people at the feed store that you need this bottle or their equivalent.
I didn’t have any niacin (vitamin B3) with my first Pekins. But now that I have several I wouldn’t raise them without it. I give it to them regularly. Nothings wrong with them, I can just see how their weight could cause problems and don’t want to deal with it.
Also you can show your local feed store this picture and ask for the equivalent if they don’t have the same brand.
@chickens really did bring up a good point that if you can’t let your Pekins out to exercise regularly, they will have more leg problems.

poor things. And they will probably be wondering around the yard when they get big enough. So this will help the legs right?
doesn't matter if its medicated?
I have terrible anxiety over stuff like this.. So i have to make sure everything is right ask a lot of questions.
And the series of B Vitamins (B complex) have a feel good effect on humans as well as ducks. So they will literally feel better in general. If you’ve ever had a vitamin B shot, you will know what I’m talking about. I personally take b vitamins everyday. Although it’s not from the livestock bottle.
If you get to the store and are confused, send me a private message and I will give you my cell number so we can text back and forth so you feel comfortable with what you are getting.
