Ok, 22 euros = 23.80 dollars. I can afford to send money for 50 kilos to hold your chickens for a little longer. How do I get it to you? (Those pictures of your chickens have brought such pleasure, it's the least I could do.)
That's very kind of you but I couldn't possibly accept.
If things get worse I have family in the UK who will help.
I'm really pleased to read you've enjoyed the pictures of the chickens though.:love

Everyone took this lock down so well. But I think we've had enough. And no one acknowledges that it was more for preventing millions of people hitting the hospitals at the same time. The rest-I think its really time to trust all us people that will maintain distance and wear a mask . I mean we're not children!
But a lot of people are acting like children. I'm not even talking about the tantrums they're throwing over the dumbest st!t.
Here there are so many not following any of the stay at home orders or any safety precautions.
I see people still getting up on others. Hardly anyone wears masks. I myself just got some masks today.
So many have the I'm not doing any of this sh!t, I'm gonna do just as ive always done attitude.
Our state was one of the last to go state wide with the stay at home and are talking about lifting it on the 3rd.
Our numbers are increasing more and more. We haven't hit no curve yet and yet many could care less.
I'm not in favor of turning everyone loose yet.

I wish we could trust others to maintain distance and wear masks. Had to run errands yesterday, Lowe's for some drainage pipe. No masks or gloves on any employees, nor on over 3/4 of the customers in the building. Walmart, for food. At least their employees were masked, but again most of the people milling around were not. And as for keeping distance, not a chance at either place. So glad I wore my mask, if we can't count on other people caring whether they live or die, they sure aren't going to care if they cause someone else to. This was the second time I've left the house in three months, and I sure hope I don't have to go out again anytime soon.

Ok, but offer will stay open if worse comes to worse. Remember, we're all chicken people here, and we'd do anything to help the chickens.

I agree! I’d love to reach out and help someone who truly needs it, there have been so many stories of people taking advantage of relief programs when they don’t really need it

We are working outside today building a coop, planting stuff, and hanging with our feathered friends. Picking up 42 duck eggs and 42 chicken eggs from a friend. Some are for meat and some are to replenish both our flocks.

Isn't she gorgeous 😍

"Gorgeous" doesn't even come close! That has got to be the most unique, beautiful and yes, gorgeous duck I've ever seen! If I knew that's how they'd turn out, I'd have ducklings in a heartbeat!

Daddy always said, "Never wrestle with a pig. The pig has fun and you get scat on."

@The Moonshiner thanks for presenting the side of those of us who live with a loved one dealing with anxiety/depression.
Depression is hard on everyone in the family ... even the pets. Kudos to all of you wonderful people who help us get through our trials! There's a special place waiting for you all ... and believe it or not, it's NOT on the Funny Farm!
:love

I have had 4 people buy eggs this week. None of them had masks on and all looked amused. I assume it was about my mask.
We were outside so less risk. I took the money in one hand and put it for decontamination. Washed both hands well.
I have clerks put cash in a sandwich bag, but mostly use my credit card.

Ya life can be messy.
Now I'm gonna find my happy place and dance...
View attachment 2107003 No not like this. I'm not that much of a hillbilly....

Oh ya. This is better.....

The little fella's making a valiant effort, but the ol' guy needs to start listening to his dance instructor or he's NEVER gonna get a date to the hoedown! :p
