Cream Legbar Hybrid Thread

Some of the neighborhood children were over looking at the chickens, and a little girl says the rooster wakes my dad up during the day. Well it turns out her dad works overnites, they live 3 houses down from me. So, no complaints, but I figured I would rehome before I did get some. He had a very loud beautiful crow though, and he crowed a lot. I will try again, maybe I will come across a Roo that has more control, and doesn't crow so much. LOL
I will be possibly rehoming my roo towards the end of April. So in case you want it at that point, its FREE. Btw, are you interested in the Welsummers if they hatch? I only have 4 eggs left that are possibly going to lockdown on Wednesday. So far I have not committed them to anyone!

Yes, Yes and Yes! I will take any pullets available! Yay. And why are you rehoming your roo? Bringing in new stock? How is your roo about crowing?

I think I will have all the hybrids I need from him plus he is related to my Legbar hens so I would like to replace him with the different blood line.

Will PM you when the chicks hatch!

Ok, please do and we can set something up. Are you keeping any welsummers? How is your Roo with crowing? I would love to have another one. I figured maybe I would hatch some more CCLs next spring and try again.

Has anyone here produced grey egg layers? I found someone who has inadvertently produced grey eggs. I will try to find the link for you guys. I am really intrigued and want to replicate if possible.
Here is the link to that post about the grey egg laying Frizzle. There are some nice pics there, however I am going to post one here as a sample:
