Just name the chick Natalie Nuggets!

Natalie stays if an egg is laid, Becomes nuggets if it crows!

All of the eggs that were fertile hatched for me during the NYD Hatch a long. 6 boys and 1 girl! She is very cut too. I am not disappointed and cannot wait for them to get bigger. I am down to one of last years Cockerels left in the freezer so after figuring out how to do the genetic testing for the Blue egg shell gene, 5 will go to freezer camp.

They will be 6 weeks old next week so I will get pictures posted here tomorrow.
 
Man looks like i might end up being wrong again lol. I guess i just like going for the underdog.

So I officially named my specific CL hybrid cross, that being Cream Legbar x Silver laced Cochin and Silver Laced Wyandotte. So I claim this cross as my own lol.

The are now called Emerald Sexlinks

Emerald for the green eggs they lay and sexlinks well be cause they are.

I even have a short wait list for my Emerald Sexlinks

Oh and Steen my cochin just starting laying eggs again after a long break this winter and the legbar is mating her. I am collecting her eggs to do a test hatch now, so let me know whenever it is your wanting the eggs.
