Crochet "Chat"

The c2c is really simple once you get the hang of it. Just chain and dc. I watched a YouTube video and did a small swatch to get started. I'm really enjoying it.

Welcome. I've been considering another Granny Square swap. Maybe this is my cue/que?

I've been working on some earlier squares. Just need to sew them together. Unless I decided to add another round to make them bigger.

I've still two more boxes of squares to deal with, but winters here are long so there is time.

I'm always in the middle of something. Still lots of yarn to use up you know.

Has anybody tried corner-to-corner (c2c) yet?? I'm a few days into my first project and I'm pretty happy with the results so far.

I'm thinking it will turn out to be about throw size and have some motive/design inside the green area. Haven't quite planned it that far yet.

I'm on my first one and enjoying it. I love your pattern, is there any chance that you would share?
My pattern comes from Red Heart but of course I changed the color pattern :) http://www.redheart.com/free-patterns/crochet-corner-corner-throw
I like how yours form border stripes. I've been doing a google search for a couple of hours now with no luck on finding a pattern like yours.

I did not use a pattern...I just added a few rows to create the border.

This is very nice. I've lots of yard to use up and I'd surely do some if I had more time. I've lots of squares to sew together. Too I'd have to turn on the air conditioning because I like to work in the cool season.
