i modified this pattern a little when i made i don't have the patience to make 6 round of single stitches so i just 2 round of double stitches for mine.

lol, yes it is i thought it look kind of like a towel so it thought i would try it out as a bath puff and see how it worked.

I am trying really hard not to get distracted w/ fancy Tunisian stitches. I have just learned over the past couple of weeks there are tons of stitches that can be done w/ the Tunisian hook, and I've only known about the one basic stitch. I can't start any of those until I finish the blocks for the swap!!!!!!

There are some very nice doily patterns. I used to crochet a lot of doilies, but haven't in quite a while. Seems like no one's décor is suited for doilies anymore, it's a shame since they are soooo pretty.

yes, i know i have been wondering what alterntive there could be for them since they are no longer in fashon but very pretty

The only thing I have come up with is framed art w/ a contrasting background color and a nice frame. But most people still look at me like I'm the old cat lady wearing the mis-matched socks when I suggest it.
