Crochet "Chat"

That chicken hat is great!!!

Here is one of the cowls I made for an order from my handspun.

I whipped up a bunch of baby booties from hand spun too. Couple blue, couple pink, couple green, couple yellow. We don't know what my oldest DD will be having yet, so I wanted to be prepared! I don't have any pictures though.

THANK YOU!

I use the library too.

I finally came through with my SS gift. Got a PM from Tammy (majestic) today and she loves everything.

The person shipping to me (i can't remember who) shipped my package, but due to our being homeless/moving, it was lost in shipping. I've accidentally deleted her PM and I cannot remember who it was.

We were homeless for +/- 2 months, and once we finally got into a rental we could afford, the holidays were on me and everything is a blur.

I'm catching up on all dropped obligations and the New Year is looking so much better for our family.

Youtube! Yes! Someone here recommended I search youtube and it has been the best!

Here are some of my preemie hats.

Arrrgh!!! My post got lost. Writer asked for the pattern for the preemie hats. I kind of made it up from several and had to size it down for preemies. But here is a tutorial on what I did...

The hat I happen to be working on is the size 4-5 lb preemie which begins with 6 sc. I used 3 ply soft baby yarn and a size F hook.

A magic circle, aka sliding loop is another way to start "round" or motif work. You can get a much tighter circle with this method.

You can probably find instructions on the web by googling crochet sliding loop. If not, pm me & I can copy some for you.
