If it were mine I would try to give lots of extra vitamins. I would be giving Nutri drench and extra vitamin E. Scrabble eggs is also full of great nutrition and easy for ducklings to eat/digest. It may not help but it certainly won't hurt. I've had late hatchers that had similar problems that did great after extra vitamins and some that never got better.
It can get harder for them as they grow if it isn't corrected. I had one that developed wry neck and no amount of extras helped him (I think it was genetic). His head practically faced backward by the time he fully feathered. He could eat and drink okay but he was much skinnier than the others. He had trouble bathing himself and walking (couldn't really see where he was going). He also didn't seem as happy as the others.
I don't want to seem like a Debbie Downer here, just think it would be better to try to treat it instead of doing nothing.
