Crowing Rooster Video Contest
Closes July 14th at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
Cock-a-doodle-do is a universally known sound that most people recognize. There is nothing more loud or proud than a rooster shouting its presence in the neighborhood! You'll find much to crow about on BYC as we invite you to enter the Crowing Rooster contest. Take a 1-min video of your handsome crowing rooster for a chance to win one of 3 prizes!
Bonus Category: Non-Crowing
Roosters are handsome and regal by nature. So for the non-crowing rooster category, we invite you to take a short video clip (max 25 seconds) of your rooster doing whatever they do best. 3 prizes are up for grabs for this category as well.
It's easy to enter.
- Take a short video clip (max 60 seconds) of your handsome rooster crowing as many times as they can.
- Or take a short video clip (max 25 seconds) of your handsome rooster engaged in any activity.
- Upload it onto our Contest Video Gallery HERE.
- Post a reply to this thread with a link to your uploaded video(s)
To increase your chances of winning, please read the rules below before entering.
Rules:
- Four entries per member. An entry is *one* video of your rooster.
- Other animals may be in the video, but the star(s) of the video must be the rooster.
- The video needs to have been taken by you.
- No people in the picture (no faces, fingers, hands, arms, etc.).
- No watermarks, date stamps, text, etc. on the video.
- ALL videos MUST be uploaded to BYC and not hosted on other video sites, personal websites, etc.
- Prizes are limited to one per person per contest.
- Open to all BYC members.
- All BYC rules apply: Terms of Service (Rules)
- Entries will be accepted through July 14th at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
Regarding copyright & license:
We are very conscientious about respecting the copyright of other peeps' work. We want to make sure we have your permission to use the video(s) for the BYC YouTube channel and for other BYC-related uses and promotions. You retain ownership of your video(s) and can continue to use it however you want. By uploading your videos to the gallery you are simply granting BYC license to use the video(s) for BYC-related purposes.
