Farm one’s so sort of guard ones for a while but they will be for Christmas dinner. Once I’ve hatched them I keep them for a week or so then they go back to the farmer. He grows them on and does the dispatching of them. Last years started like this ~

There so sweet when there chicks! We used to do turkeys for Christmas many years ago. Never used to bother me. I couldn't do the dispatching now. I'm defo going soft. My mum used to put eggs and little notes in for the people we knew! Some people didn't see the funny side!

Some folk just can’t see the funny side! Yes they are sweet when small but boy are they messy
