Ohh, just posting to watch this.

I e-mailed them and this is the reply I got from them

You should look into how search engines work.

You might be surprised about what you are really doing.

You see negative or positive doesn't matter at all. What matters is that
people are writing about you.

The more that is written the higher the page ranking.

Everything you are doing is actually going to make our business even better.

Think about Schylling.com. They were at the center of the lead paint
scandal. As a matter of fact they were convicted of covering up the fact
that their toys tested positive for lead paint.

2008 was a record sales year for them.

Now compare that with what you are doing and maybe you will get the point of
this story.

So please, do more.

Customer Service

-------------------

If they're saying they are "RICH" why won't they give you the outfit? it wouldn't hurt them that much if they're "RICH" those are some real crazy people.

You arent going to get it through to this guy and you wont win.

He's the type that FEEDS off of others... he's a bottom feeder of the worst kind, and it shows this is not his first go-round with people, and I'm certain it wont be his last.

Do not waste your energy on such a low-life loser. Dont reply or respond further. Report him as you stated you were going to (and not notify him you did so), call your CC company/bank and get the charges reversed and let your bank and this loser hack it out. So long as you can prove you didnt receive the merchandise and you have HIS original terms of sale - that warrant refund of monies - and all emails (prior to your nasty ones going to him) - then you will get the monies returned to you and he will get a strike against him. Once you do that - put a FINAL STOP against this company and all subsidiaries he may own so he cannot "retaliate" and re-charge you (which would be pretty ballsy to do, but its been known to happen) - put his company on report with your bank account/debit/credit card (whatever you used) and tell your CC company if any charges run through by this person after the dispute is closed - they will be held liable because you did not authorize it.

Dont fall trap to such soul-suckers. They feed and live for this thing. Sad people indeed and all it does is rile YOU up even further.

Cookies?!? Thats how they track what you do on the internet, it's like spyware! and it say Employees not employee?! does that mean its a big company made of Jerks?

I had a similar problem. When I was trying to pay for my sirius bill I had to call up their money collection agency. The agency hires rude people who swear at you. I still have not paid my sirius as of yet cause they keep hanging up. I told the manager at sirius and he did nothing about it. Total bullyouknowwhat.

Quote:
Wow! I thought Sirius was a reputable company. Ours is auto pay directly from our account. So I have never had to deal with them.

What I want to know is what ever happened to customer service? I have had many CS jobs. It is not always easy to smile and be nice, but it was required. It seems no one gets fired for poor service any more either. We have a local Diner in which the main waitress is snippy, short and just plain rude. She has been there for years. Beings it is the only Diner in town open for breakfast people still go there. We choose not to.

However it is not just there. It seems like I see it more all the time. Everyone is in a hurry and has something better to do. Some of the big stores seem to be worse. Our Home Depot (55 miles away) is awful on CS.

Once in a while I am pleasantly surprised. If it is a waiter/waitress their tip will let them know. If it is in a store I make a point to call a manager when I return home.

They are but the people they send you to which is not owned by them is horrible. I bought the lifetime plan so I have to finish what I paid for. I put out $420. I only used it for a month and they turned off my service till I pay it in full. They wont do refunds either.
