Sorry for the late response, my hands have been so full with this new baby chick! Every possible thing that can go wrong is going wrong for me :barnie I have not opened Wiggles up yet, I am going to do that tonight. I was really holding on but it is way too late now. Will update you when I do it! This is my first time doing an eggtopsy so I am not sure what I am looking for but I will explain what I see and if everyone is ok with it, maybe take some pictures so you all can help me.

Pictures would help. I would just warn those who might be queasy that they may be graphic.

I did get two baby chicks for Pipsee, I had to drive an hour away to a farm and picked up two silver laced wyandottes, one died within thirty mins of being home, I think from travel stress or maybe she got too cold (idk how because I drove home in my car drenched in sweat for an hour). But the other one didn't look too good either and a couple drops of nutri-drench straight for two days and nutri-drench in their waterer perked her right back up.
Pipsee is not doing so well. She has what we believe to be wry-neck. I have been giving her nutri-drench straight for 3 days now, as well as vitamin e capsules on her crumbles. She is still eating and drinking but the episodes are getting worse and she is making a clicking sound when she is breathing. She also breathes with her mouth open and looks like shes gasping every so often.

I have barely gotten any sleep since Saturday and my eyes hurt from crying. I never knew chicken keeping could be so heartbreaking...

I'm so sorry :hugs. Just keep pulling through and this will eventually pass. The beginning of a chicks life is when they are the most fragile and hard to take care of because of this. You will probably think of giving up, but don't. These chicks need someone right now and that someone is you. Give Pipsee some Tylan 50 and that should help with respiratory infection.

I’m sorry your having such a hard time but it does get better I 100% agree with @LoveMyChickenBabies
