I have 5 silkie eggs in the incubator and the last time I candled was day 17 - everything seemed fine. Temp has been low a couple times and I known they prpbably just need more time but is there any reason that they wouldn't hatch?? I'm really worried

Only if the temperature dropped for a extended period of time would it be likely to kill the embryos (ambient temps for several hours) A few degrees low won't hurt them but depending on the extent of the temperature being a few degrees low will have a effect on hatch time.
Do you have a seperate calibrated independent thermometer or are you using the thermometer that came with the incubator? OME thermometers are notorious for being unreliable.

Im using a separate thermometer, the incubator doesn't have one built in. We had a power outage around day 18 and the temp was around seventy probably for an hour or so, then I got it back up to around 90 or 95 until the power went back on.

Humidity...If air cell didn't bet bigger and moisture in eggs didn't evaporate they drown before hatching.
The humidity wasn't that high and the incubator doesn't measure it it just has spaces in the bottom to put water that should keep it at the right humidity so there wasnt much possibility to over humidifiy it

Wrong..definitely Humidity plays a huge role in hatching so without knowing what it was they possibly didn't stand a chance.
