Another Delaware pipped and two more BRs. AND, one has hatched! Janet, it's Frieda's baby! You were completely right. He was zipping on the underside and is out now.

Second Del just hatched! We did get the first baby marked so it wont get confused with the others. Frieda's baby is screaming its lungs out, LOL Here he is:

I have 2 hatched, 5 pipped among the 16 Delawares.
I have all 4 Barred Rocks pipped. Thought one died after pipping, but it's moving in there.
I have 1 of the 2 Blue Orps pipped.
Meg's egg is still pipped and sticking its beak out, but not making a break for it yet.

So, 11 pipped and 2 hatched of 22 eggs. Still have a ways to go, but I was concerned about getting the special chick marked and since he had the good sense to hatch first, that's done.

Yawn! They were supposed to start pipping last night, but didnt start will this a.m. Guess either way, I lose a nights sleep.
