Yeah. I'd be thinking those black ones are boys. All the sons from a barred hen should be barred. So when they feather you will know. 

Well good news they're all girls except one black one and it's barred like you said.

Yes they are! But they are so flighty. Is that normal? They're like little escape artists.

No it won't scream up the genes with the parents. But since black is a dominant trait most of the chicks will be black. And some will even have red feathers bleed through if they take the red from their father. But most of the chicks will be black.

If you want pure Ameraucana, you'll need a black rooster for your black hen and you'll need a "red brown" hen for your "red brown" rooster. What is Red Brown exactly? But I'd mate your rooster over your black hens because mixes can be pretty. Any other way you do it you will still have pure Ameraucana chicks. But they'll be mixed colors, but they'll still be pure.
