It's Illegial, once you trap it you are in possession of wildlife (exception if you have a trapping liscense). If you TRANSPORT it, it's also illegial, and is another fine. However IF it is causing damage to property, humans OR livestock, you can put it down legally, in or out of hunting season. If you do not wish to dispatch it yourself you can call an exterimator.
So that does make Boyd right.
