Do Y'all Eat Livers, Gizzards, and Hearts?

I prefer a calves liver but at times have to settle for beef liver when calves liver isn't available. I have never been able to eat pig liver. It is just not good to me. They all take a backseat to chicken liver.

As long as I can't smell the liver, I can cook em! If he eats the liver I won't kiss him til he brushes.....My sniffer is sensitive to the smell, makes my belly turn flips.

Maybe it's just cow liver that smells......

Then I must warn you to stay away fom most of my posts. We culled 11 cockerals in the past couple weeks and I have used them for all sorts of dishes. Delicious!
