NO. Flock raiser intended to be fed at a whole ration, from hatch to death. Juts provide a calcium source once they are at POL.

These goobers are so hard to get photos of! It seems to stick straight up towards the sky when he's in the pool but of course he wouldn't cooperate and STAY in the pool for a minute while I took a photo.

From weeks 1-2, they got a duck starter from our local feed and seed - 22% protein.
I started mixing that with whole oats very ground up through the food processor to get a protein ratio of 18%. When we ran out of the 22% crumble, I started giving them the duck raiser from the same local mill, which comes at 18% protein with no added grains. They are 5 weeks now.
