Dog attacking chickens

Hi - I was wondering what I should do to stop my dog from attacking my chickens? what she does is if she gets off the leash she chases them and once she catches one she pins it and licks it, I know, I know, not really that bad, but the chickens are terrorized by it, and next year once I put the chickens in this.....you could....call it a really big run.........or a really small pasture, I want to put her with them to ward off the pack of coyotes killing other peoples chickens, so she needs to be full proof with chickens, how do I do that?
