Drakes Eclipse/Nuptial Plumage pics

It is normal for drakes to molt there drake feathers right? I am sure it is but just wanted to make sure cuz my drakes aren't there anymore....

Cool! I was positive it did, but just wanted to make sure. My ducks have been in molt for several weeks and I was just guessing that he would lose them at the end of the molt...which he did!

Well maybe he’s young enough for his curl to come back. Older would be more understandable, but that young seems odd.

I know right! He is doing all drake things obliging his girls all 6 of them just never got that drake feather back once he had his first big molt.

Figured it might be time to revive this thread. I’m starting to see some signs of eclipse plumage in one of my drakes already.
