Duck bloated! Won’t walk- Need help

the foot is bumblefoot and the bloating is water belly,

Is all bloating using water belly or is there a way to tell if it’s water belly or egg binding

It’s very hard and tight for most of the belly only at the tail end is it soft and squishy

I’ve contacted 4 vet offices. 1 said they don’t do ducks and I’m awaiting response from the other 3. Her belly seems bigger and I still have to try and get that infection out of her foot.

I’m wondering if the new feed I got has anything to do with her belly being so bloated. I just started getting a new feed, although I was doing half and half with what they are used to. And also the bag got slightly went in the rain. But I don’t believe there was any mold.
Also I was listening to her belly and on the left side every now and then I could hear a song like a rushing of water going down. This is also the same side where she has a lump

Do you have any scalpels you may have to make a small incision and get that out of there. View attachment 2746793This is my Runners bumble, she was on antibiotics for 7 days before I opened it up and got out the infection then finished up on them after. Do you have any antibiotics if you do what?

Ok so we have to operate on her poor foot again, for the third time? This time there’s no scab so where do we even start
