Helloo!! I have recently bought 2 Rouen ducklings from a Tractor Supply near me. I noticed that one of them has a strip of hair going up it’s leg. The other one doesn’t have it and I can’t find any information online about what this could be caused from or if it’s a sign that they’re different genders. If you know anything about this please let me know! Thank you!

Feathered legs are genetic, a breed that was developed retaining these feathers are Snyder Ducks which you can look up. It is an interesting mutation.
