Duck show season 2019

6/8/19 Update:
Hello poultry peeps, sorry I haven’t updated in a while or been very active but now I’m back, and with some news.

Around the end of August I am entering my ducks in another show, but this time I’m going to enter in muscovy drakes. All the ducks I’m going to be entering in are the following:

Chirpy- Natural Mallard Drake
Cheeky- Natural Mallard Drake
Lovely- Natural Mallard Duck
Unnamed- Mallard Australian Call Drake
Unnamed- Mallard Australian Call Duck
Unnamed- Black Muscovy Drake
Unnamed- Black Muscovy Drake
Unnamed- Black Muscovy Drake
Hope- Black Muscovy Duck

They are being entered in the Junior section, as it’s my last year in most shows. Will hopefully keep you guys updated, and get some photos at show.

25/8/19 Show Results:
Hello all, results are now back from the show. I entered in 8 ducks, and 3 got rewards.

Chirpy- Natural Mallard M- Nothing
Cheeky- Natural Mallard M- 1st, Junior Champion Waterfowl, Junior Overall
Lovely- Natural Mallard F- 1st
Fredrick- Mallard Aussie Call M- Nothing
Bella- Mallard Aussie Call F- 2nd
Crow- Black Muscovy M- Nothing
Unnamed- Black Muscovy M- Nothing
Unnamed- Black Muscovy M- Nothing

It was a pretty small show compared to the other shows in the year. It is bigger than the 1st show that I went too.

It's always fun showing ducks. I show my ducks. It is so much fun! My pekin drake won 3 first place, best of breed and Reserved Champion.
