Ducks trying to mate with Humans

A few months ago we hatched a female duck and she’s always been attached to me following me around and wanting to be picked up. Recently when I’ve been picking her up she’s been trying to mate with me. She’s in a flock with other ducks (male and female) so we’re not sure why she’s doing this. Is it normal behaviour?

Well, she grabs the back of my hand and starts mating with my arm - like a male duck would do

she is bonded to you from hatch and wants to play with you also she may be showing dominance behaviour I think you shouldnt let her do it You are the Alpha try to keep it that way
