I sighed. "Tough life, aye." I said, nudging FairStep. "Ah, well. You've got us now, although we're crazy, weird, lazy and random, we'll stick by you." I smiled.

I chuckled. "Well at least I'm not alone any longer."

"Yeah." I smiled. Being around FairStep made me happy, she was fun and kind. I glanced at Azil and Leo.

I rolled my eyes at the pair, how dare Elo keep the female to himself, we all found her. If anyone should get her it should be me, or we will have to fight for her

I stood, it looked as if the boys were having a stare down, and if a fight began I didn't want to be in the middle of it. I turned to the woods, and trotted off. I needed a moment of peace from the males, my insides hurt, and my head ached.

(Leo )

He watched FairStep walk away. He looked back at his brother Elo. His anger and bitterness faded. His jealousies had made him forget, all that his older brother had done to keep them all alive. He decided Elo deserved to be Alpha male to FairStep. He hadn't seen his brother smile like that in a while. He then looked over at Azil, he seemed to be of the same mind. Azil just smiled at me knowingly. I nodded my head in agreement. Then looked back at FairStep and saw the pain upon her face. I became more concerned about her. Was there something wrong? But I gave her the privacy she sought.

I lay in the shade beneath a pine tree. I planted and ignored the pain. The pain vanished as fast as it came. I was confused, but went with it and felt better. She sighed

I watched FairStep walk into the woods a distance. I was concerned about her. I didn't want to be clingy, but I had to make sure she was alright. So I got up and went to find her. She was lying under a tree. I slowly walked up to her and laid down off to the side a short distance away. To provide protection if the need arose.

I looked at Elo "hello. " I greeted, smiling
