Eating Chicken Feet Lowers Blood Pressure

    Japanese research has concluded that eating chicken feet, legs and thighs
    lower blood pressure due to the high level of collagen in them.

    I don't mind the legs and thighs, but I'll just have to have high BP if I have to eat chicken feet. I know where those feet have been!

    Blood letting will also lower your BP, but I don't think I want to try that either.
