on Ebay there is a place where you can ask the seller a question it is then posted under the bidding. right there for everyone to see.

avitars are not usually copywritten unless the photo is.
My grandaughter makes mine. she is really talented in the Paint Program.

I just looked at the early ending and at seller's feedback. Seller has suddenly gone to "Not A Registered Member" status.

Ebay shut them down. It's just like here at BYC- you must READ and follow the rules to participate.

Sorry to see someone mess up so soon after joining ebay, but it has to be done. They can have a new ID on ebay in 10 minutes. I should know, I have two ID's. And I take all my own pics, write my own descriptions, follow the rules and play fair.

AKKK! Sorry this happened to you. I had a lady last year who was selling on eBay with MY website name! (equibling!) She finally did back down but I was sooo upset! This summer, I'll be taking photos of all of my birds & using a watermark with RARE FEATHERS FARM across ALL of the photos. I have had reptile (red bearded dragon) photos stolen & used on Kingsnake.com, as well.
