Egg yolk ravioli

Hi,
I just heard about the coolest idea! Ravioli with an egg yolk inside! It sounds fabulous - especially with truffles coming soon... shave some truffle over the raviolis with just a brown-butter sauce. Nice runny egg yolk when you cut the ravioli... YUM!
