Elle’s Fluffy Butt Hut!🐣🐥🐔

I feel like my flock has changed a lot since I joined and I love to show of my birds soo this is Elle’s Fluffy Butt Hut!

1. Dusty, our oldest mother hen a lover of dust baths/naps and treats she is loved by all that meet her. She is a Barnevelder and has passed on her beautiful lace to her daughter Miracle.(she was blinking)

2. Lola , Dusty’s bff , is a black australorp that likes to watch the little ones run around from her spot under the hut. She looks mean but she’s really just a softy.

3. Marigold, she is very new to our flock . She’s our lovely Orpington, at the moment she’s a bit ill but we’re hoping she’s on the mend ❤️‍🩹.

4. Floppy, she is a rescue hen that I got last year. She has such a caring personality and looks so cute with her wonky beak .

5. Hope, she is a mischievous girl another one of our rescues . She sometimes escapes and goes of to the neighbours as they are fond of her and give her treats

7. Miracle , the sweetest girl so affectionate and loving . She always wants hugs and pets and love. She had trouble when she was a chick but she managed to pull through and ever since has loved human contact . She’s a barnevelder daughter of Dusty and half sister of Omelette. I absolutely adore her!

8. Omelette, another human loving chuck who had a neurological condition when she was young that stopped her from walking but after much tlc managed to walk again she gets very excited and does a funny hop-skip which is very cute. She is the offspring of one of the rescue hens and is half-sister of Miracle.

9. Sid Vicious, a permanent rockstar and magnet to the ladies. We got Sid and soon he had grown his hair out and began strutting his stuff in the coop. He’s an adorable Polish Frizzle.

10. Dipsy, our white polish who might be friendly or might just be blinded by her fringe. She is exceptionally cute and loves cuddles .

11. Tikka, she is feisty and likes to show the others that just because she’s little doesn’t mean she hasn’t got a big attitude. She’s a Black speckled Pekin.

12. Simosa, a black Pekin that is very fast and tricky to catch. But watching her run is so cute her little feather bloomers flapping around.

13. Nugget, she is unknown with features of pekins, polish’s and barbu’s. I love her little Mohawk. She’s so golden and fluffy!

14. Maggie , a sweet little white Pekin who is quite shy but is still so cute a fluffy like a cotton wool ball. At night she nuzzles her tiny head into the down of a bigger hen.

15. Cookies, a brown and white barbu chicken with little brown speckles and a fluffy white beard matching her sister creams. She loves to get in and gobble up the snacks. She’s also very cheeky!

16. Cream, the lighter version of her sister Cookies she is more shy and likes to watch the action. Cream still shares the love of sweet treats though.

17. Bo our final Pekin she’s a millefluer I got for my birthday. When we got her she was fully grown and befriended our smaller pullet omelette and of course omelette grew fast and soon was towering over Bo but their friendship is still strong and always perch together nuzzling int each other’s feathers.

Hey. I really like your chicken pics! Don't know too much yet about chickens, but wondered if you put diatomaceous earth in the dust? Or what do you use? So far, I only have a dog and cat ranch...
