Expectant parent club! Where the pregnant people hang out.

I have all the symptoms EXCEPT nausea and vomiting. I'm tired by the afternoon (sometimes at lunch), my breasts are super sore, and I have growing pains (mild cramps). I guess I should be thankful. 5 weeks, 1 day today. My first appt on the 23rd is looking farther and farther way each day. I may call and see if they have a cancellation I can take instead.

Too bad you don't live closer. I have bags and bags of clothes left over from my first boy and people are still giving me clothes.

Aww, Thanks for thinking of me though

I've let it be known through family and Facebook that I don't have much, so now I will probably get more than I know what to do with

I had a 3D ultrasound the weekend before my Big 20 week doctor appointment, because I wanted to know his gender before a big family get together. The place that does the 3D ultrasound can't tell you anything health wise, just show you the baby and tell you gender, but just seeing him reasurred me that he was perfect, so that made me relax a little about the big scan with my doc at 20 weeks. I'm sure your baby is Just PERFECT! Do you have a feeling as to what it is? I just knew I had a boy from the day I tested positive.

No real exciting news except I am 7 weeks today and the baby is the size of a blueberry, lol I thought that was cute!!

Just getting over the flu (the whole family in fact) and taking tamiflu, which has me a bit worried, but my dr. insisted that was better than getting the full blown flu. All I know is either way was no fun.

Just ready to feel normal again. Kinda nauseous in the mornings. So far no throwing up, I hope to avoid that this time around, but time shall tell.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful tuesday morning.

First appointments always take forever!! And are always a let down...

When I told one of my friends about the pregnancy, she was very excited until I told her that I hadn't had my first doctor's appointment yet. "Are you sure you're actually pregnant?"

Yes, I'm throwing up every day, tired as anything, sore breasts and I've had 3 positive tests - don't worry, I'm sure I'm pregnant! The pregnancy tests at the doctors aren't much more sensitive than the ones we can take at home!

Yah I kinda got the same reaction. We told family the day after we tested, and they got all excited, then asked when I was due, I said I wasn't sure yet, because we hadn't seen a doctor, and their expressions just melted

. Then I told them I had symptoms and had taken 4 tests in the last 24 hours, yes I am sure!

And I don't know if it's just playing with my head now that I know I really am pregnant, but good gracious, I feel like I've been hit by a bus I am so tired!

Anyone have any new and exciting news!?

I mostly only felt sick, only threw up twice, once when I glanced over at DH's grandmother while she was brushing her teeth, and once right after eating Chinese food, and that was prejectile as I ran past DH who was still eating, he just watched me run by spewing and kept on eating

YAY! Can't wait to hear what your having!!!! What do you think it is?

Early pregnancy I was fairly certain it was a boy, especially because I haven't been nearly as nauseous this pregnancy. My daughter is convinced its a girl. I'm sure one of us is right, hopefully this bugger isn't too modest!!

Lol! You just jinxed yourself! Hope it doesn't get too bad - with my daughter, it started around 5 1/2 weeks; with this one, it started around 6 to 6 1/2 weeks. Even if its bad, its only temporary!
