Ok so DD is 33 weeks. She has only gained about 9 pounds. She had bad morning sickness for the first trimester. She is healthy and baby is right on target for growth. But... they want her to gain more weight. She is already eating like a horse, or 2. Any tips on how to healthily gain a few more pounds so the doctors will be happy?

Hello ladies, congrats on all your pregnancy's. I just found out today with two positive Preg tests that we are expecting baby #3 expected due date Oct 25th. I am not ready to tell everyone (till I have my first appointment) but I had to share the news with someone. We are so very excited. I have Identical twins boys that are 3, so nervous, excited, and anxious. Oh and praying for just 1 baby, lol!!

Protein & carbs are the way to go....not too much red meat but cereal is good...ice cream, too. Schwans has some of the BEST ice cream I've ever had...it's a butter pecan with choclate covered sea salt pretzels. OMG....it's good!

If her morning sickness is too bad she can try rice and plain noodles with a little bit of butter. I love baked potatoes.

Oh and Sea Bands REALLY helped me these last three months!

So far along was everyone when you started to show? I'm just now beginning to look pregnant and not just bloated with a wormy-looking belly. I'm in this stage now there I don't think I'm "pregnant enough" for maternity clothes but look fat in regular clothes....
