Expectant parent club! Where the pregnant people hang out.

some women are lucky enough to not get it....I had it before I even had a positive preg test!

You are going to hate me for saying this but I never had any with my first except for feeling like I wanted to gag a few times and have not even done that with this pregnancy. I really feel bad for the poor women that get sick all the time they are preggers.

Can't remember if I already posted this or not but just in case I did not, here is the latest news.

Went to the Dr this past Thursday and they said I am already scheduled to have a C-section on March 30th if the baby does not come earlier on his own. 2 weeks!!!!! I am so miserable and ready do get this over with but at the same time I am freaking out that is it so close!!!!

WOW! How exciting and nerve wracking at the same time!!! Can't wait to see pictures of the Newest addition!

So how bad does the bloated full stretchy feeling get between week 31 and the end, because I am at week 31 today, and feeling very over the pregnancy thing. I hate saying that because DH and I battled infertility for 2 years to get this baby, and I remember when people weould complain about pregnancy it would upset me because I would have givin anything for that feeling, but really, it's getting pretty uncomfortable!

Ah yes.... the ole "I cant wait for this pregnancy to be over feeling!" I know that feeling all too well!!

I think its mother natures way of preparing us for labor, delivery and post partum. Its seems to get to a point where hours of intense labor sounds waaaaayyy better than being pregnant for even one more minute!! And all those trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night in the last few weeks really get us ready for all the sleepless night ahead of us when baby needs to be fed and changed every 2 or 3 hours. Once the baby is out, you gain a new appreciation for alot of the things you normally take for granted (like napping anytime you need to) or really, really miss (like tummy sleeping or eating a big meal, or sleeping without ten thousand pillows!).

I am always just annoyed and uncomfortable in the last few weeks- no such thing as a comfy position or a good nights rest. While I usually LOVE being preggy, the last 2 weeks just stink for me! I try absolutely EVERYTHING to encourage labor, from food to accupressure to the old standby-sex, (hubby just loves that last one

).

When I feel really upset or uncomfortable, I just try really hard to lie down and concentrate on the baby, try to rememeber exactly how it feels to feel baby move inside my body, and try to imagine what postion it may be in. I try to just really soak in my body and my belly because I know it will be gone forever soon. I try to think about how happy my baby is inside my tummy, and how safe it is from the outside world.

Plus, baby is ALOT less work while its on the inside than on the outside!!

Its kinda funny how it always seems like the minute you think you are gonna scream and pull your hair out because you cant stand another millisecond of pregnancy, you'll find a funny kind of peace and acceptance that you might just be pregnant for the rest of your life. Then, your water will break, or your contractions will start and suddenly you forget ALL about wanting the pregnancy to end and are just excited to have the baby (and it IS exciting!!!).

Exciting!! Can't wait to see pictures! I remember that feeling - knowing that the baby is sooo close and just not being ready yet! There are such conflicting emotions towards the end; being excited about meeting my baby, being ready to NOT be pregnant any more and NOT being ready for the extra work that the baby will bring and anxiety about how life will change.

Don't feel bad about being uncomfortable by the end. Its very normal and everyone feels that way - infertile or not! Don't feel guilty... I personally felt the best when I was up and moving around. When I would sit down on the couch at the end of the day is when I would start hurting. I'm actually worried about late pregnancy this time because I have to spend a lot more time in front of the computer than I did then. Just have to keep remembering that this is all VERY worth it.

Hey Ladies,

I was just on Oldnavy.com, and they have A bunch of Nursing shirts on sale for $10, probably have a lot of Maternity stuff on sale too, but I no longer need to venture into that section, lol. If your looking, then check it out

. My Mom just asked that I take an updated Belly picture and post it on FB for her to see, I had been doing them weekly, but I got lazy and didn't do one for the last 3 weeks. Well I was shocked to see how big I really am now! I swear I look like I am carrying triplets!!! I have only gained 7 lbs since the beginning of my pregnancy, How is it possible I am this huge!
