Well looks like my grandson will be born early. He is due the 22nd of November but the doc says at 35 or 36 weeks they will induce her. She is having problems with enough fluid in the womb. He is already head down and daughter is feeling alot of pressure in the woo hoo area. She had a non-stress test today and will continue to have one every tuesday and friday until they feel it is time to force him out. So me (nanna) and my mom (great grandma) went shopping for preemie diapers and clothes. We are not having their shower until October 22nd, so had to get some stuff for the little guy. Oh another thing, the doc said he is not happy with the little weight he has gained. He is at 3.5 lbs at 32 weeks and I thought that was right on schedule. What does the doc want a 15 lb baby????

Car seats should come with an instruction manual. Especially the convertible type.

They DO! At least all the ones I have ever bought do... You have to search for them sometimes, and read the box on the outside on some of them. Others have the instructions taped to the underside of the seat in a sneaky place, some just have them tossed in the box, others have them printed on the sides of the seat in sticker form. I feel your frustration- Ive been there! There should be some kind of standardization when it comes to how car seat instructions are included with the seat. No wonder the carseat safety people say 70% or more of baby carseats are improperly installed!! Gee....could it be because the dumb manufacturers make it a freaking treasure hunt to find the instructions and then you need Indianna Jones to decipher the ancient Mayan code they are written in????

I am feeling more and more ready, but I guess he isnt! Congrats to Neeley, the new mom-to-be!
