Expectant parent club! Where the pregnant people hang out.

Quail -- I hate when you wake up in the morning soaked from that! I can remember accidentally sleeping on my stomach after my milk came in with DD#2. I woke up a mess! The sheets didn't fare so well, either.

I am feeling much better the past two days but have been instructed to take it easy. I am 35.5 weeks and 1% dilated and 80% effaced. Not sure if that really means anything about when he will come, but these BH are getting pretty bad. We just pre-registered at the hospital but were denied a tour for the 2nd time due to it being crazy there with lost of mom's to be pushing. I was told to come back anytime soon and speak with an anesthesiologist about my plan and try to get a tour again, so I guess I will be pretty familiar with the hospital soon.

Feel like I've been pretty slack getting on here lately

But I'm glad everyone is doing well!!!

I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and had my last appointment this past Tuesday. I'm still at 3cm dilated and 70% effaced - just as I was last time. And crazy swollen. My ankles and feet are so bad they hurt constantly, and there is nothing that I've done so far that makes them better

So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I've tried the elevation, soaking them in cold water, ice packs, biofreeze, etc - and still nothing but sausage toes and puffy feet. It's so bad in the mornings that I don't even like to walk on them, granted I have to, but I still dread it... def talking to the dr. about it at my next appointment - I was pretty bummed that I forgot the last time I was in, but what can you do

Pregnancy brain.

Just thought I'd pop in and see how everyone was doing - and mention that our stubborn little baby girl still hasn't decided to make her debut. We've got everything done and waiting... all we need is the baby! Oh, and her coming home dress should be done today! I'm excited! My Nana is making it for her! Will certainly post some pictures as soon as I get some!

Just got home from today's appointments! We had the anatomy scan ultrasound this morning, and the doctor's appointment that follows this afternoon. So much fun! Our baby is going to be trouble, he (I call the baby that because I am convinced only a male baby would make me vomit everyday until 16 weeks, even though we aren't going to find out the gender) jumped around so much during the scan that it took over an hour to measure all of the necessities! Very few times did he cooperate. Luckily, she got a good shot of his heart but the perfect profile shot eluded us. The baby measures right on schedule with our current due date and everything looked perfect. We got a few great pictures and made copies for all the grandparents. We are so excited to be halfway to meeting the little monster

Yay krote! So happy that you got to see your little baby. I'm jealous, too! Mine is on Tuesday. I do hope we get to find out the gender. BTW, my girls made me just as sick as I was with this one, but if you are feelin' it's a boy then you are probably right!

Officially freaking! Had what I assume was bloody show this am- thick piece of fertile mucus followed by bright red blood clot followed by about 1/2 c. Blood tinged liquid over 15min.
Ack! I'm not ready!!
I'll be seeing my OB today so am not going to call them since I'll already be there and contractions aren't any diff than the usual BH.
Has any of the Novembers had this yet?!?! I really would like to have him in November
