SOS!! My paint silkie is pooping completely uncontrollably. It smells horrendous and I’m genuinely concerned for her heath. Her breathing is labored, and she overall just looks sickly. Her head is down and tucked into her shoulders, and she’s silent. A few days ago, her poo was watery with yellow in it, and she was leaking that (which is why she’s inside). Please help!!! I was gone for a few minutes, and this is what I came back to.

Age? What is her normal diet? Any others acting sick? Any new birds in the flock? I can't help but I know these questions are bound to be asked!
She’s about two years old. She eats grower feed (I have chicks in the flock), and occasionally treats. Everyone else is perfectly healthy, and no one new. Thanks for asking, I forgot to include that in the panic

I've never seen this before, but am just guessing. Could she have eaten something in the yard?
She’s been penned up recently because of the rain/snow. I don’t think she would’ve eaten anything bad. When I brought her home from the breeder, she had visible worms. I thought they were gone, but maybe they have something to do with it?

How long ago was that?
Did you treat with/for anything?
Is she eating and drinking at all?
Sorry, I have no clue what to do.
Maybe.....
@WVduckchick @Pyxis @Eggcessive can help?
