Fertilized egg???

So my hens have been laying for about two months now and I have a rooster but it doesn’t look like he mates with them or maybe he is but just when I’m not there so I took a picture of an egg my hen laid today. Please help me! I don’t know if I’m eating baby chickens

No, it does not look fertile. Even if it was, you aren't eating baby chicks. The only time the egg develops a chick in it is after it is incubated.

Even if it is fertilised (which I don't think it is) please don't stop eating them it would be a waste, there is only a potential there not an embryo. You are not destroying any life.
