Goodness, look at all the feathers. They are so handsome. Glad littlest is catching up.
That is a fantastic idea with the door. I bet they love all that room. Ramp may be alittle steep though. Trial n error with it

Thanks @Sarkchick ! I wasn’t sure about the bottom door/ramp size so we will see how it goes. I may add some trim to it to make little “steps” and hope it works! My plan was to tack on some quarter round, but I’ll have to wait and see how well they navigate things.

Our yard it’s a bit of a disaster area at the moment because we ripped out all of our grass to lay a paver path and reseed with no-mow grass ... at the moment it’s basically just a dirt patch.

I have to remind myself daily to have patience since in the end it will be a huge improvement!

We took the coop for a test run after a swim in the pond ... can already tell I have some kinks to work out, yikes!
