She has YOUR incubators??? OMG, I would have to go slap her up! LOL That is just crazy...who do these people think they are? Keep after them and don't give up until they get sick of hearing from you. Call them daily and harass them...maybe the will feel it's not worth it and just tell you where they are! GOOD GRIEF some people really amaze me!

Demand the police do something. Your tax money goes to them to "protect and serve" This is no different than someone stealing your dog or even your child as far as I'm concerned. If you don't get anywhere, ask to speak with the captian, calmly state you case and how important it is to you and your family. -and pump up their value it may be conidered larceny if the value is enough.

*If you haven't already filed a police report, do it now-- I would file the same report in 4 places, where you live now, where you moved from, and where lived before, where MM lives and where this woman who supposedly has your birds live. GET CASE NUMBERS FOR ALL REPORTS. 2> I would next immediately file a small claims case at the whichever courthouse would be considered presiding-- Most likely, that would be where you lived when you contracted with MM for the move. Don't know what it will cost to file, but here it's well less than a couple hundred dollars. Get a court date and pay to have MM served by a process server. That might shake him up good.

If it becomes a legal investigation/issue, it is best not to post it openly. If it goes to court, you need all you can have on your side and it's best not to "publish" information where the other side can find it no matter how outlandish backlash from such a thing could be?
