Found pigeon AU SBL 361 2018

You gave her a bath I see! She needed it. Not sure if that was poop, grass or both. It was well worth the hour and half drive
I tried. She's still dirty. But once she feels better and can clean herself in the sink like my other bird loves to she will wash out the rest.

I have been watching this.. and I'm so glad this all worked out! Let me tell you a story: My Aunt and Uncle live in a very secluded countryside area in Iowa. An ostrich showed up on their property one day! It was there for several days and didn't seem to want to leave, my uncle really liked it but it wasn't his and he figured someone might be looking for it. So somehow he tracked down the owner to tell him he had his ostrich. The owner guy showed up to my uncles farm and shot it and killed it right there! My uncle was devastated! The owner said that it kept getting out and he didn't want to worry about it anymore. Its always hard to gauge how these things will sometime go, but sometimes its not pleasant at all....

Shes in @Serin capable hands. Im pigeonless and loving it!
Well done @Ninja Squirrel :yaBetween yourself and @Serin you have given this bird a second chance. This is one of the times when BYC really worked out! I'm so happy with the outcome. Well done both of you! And you didn't end up in a dumpster!:D

I don't think I'd be able to help out an ostrich! Although I did ask the SO "Why couldn't it have been a llama walking down our driveway?" If it was a llama I would have tried to keep it!
