We have a beautiful Golden Laced Wyandotte. She's 7 months old and lays an egg nearly every day (averaging 6-7 a week). The only problem is we have a small flock (just 3 hens), and she doesn't seem to get along with the others. She's particularly rough on the chicken at the bottom of the pecking order. We're hoping to send her to a home with a little more space, maybe a larger flock that will help keep her busy and in line. She's the biggest out of our trio and absolutely gorgeous. I wish we could keep her, but I don't think she'll settle down in our little backyard set up.
