How do you put a water mark on your pictures you post? Are pictures posted her fair game? There have been some pics here I would like for myself.

I entered one art contest a while back where the rules said that even if you don't win, they can use your image however they want to. And, I think it included giving it to corporate partners and affiliates. That was the only time I've ever entered work into that type of contest. I won't do it again.

Defiantly contact the Department of Ag./who ever put out the calender. I had someone steal one of my pictures of one of my guinea pigs and put it on photobucket. I contacted photobucket and let them know it was stolen and they removed it after I 'signed', saying it was my photo, and emailed them a copy of the original. When you take a photo you own the copyright to it. I don't know what they can or will do, but it is worth a try.

Well, I still hadn't heard back from them from the email I sent, so I just called the office. The lady that answered the phone was very nice, her immediate response when I told her the situation was "Uh Oh!"...she gets it. She took my information and said that she would have the person that was responsible for putting the calendar together get back to me ASAP.
