My 2 little barred rock pullets and my white legghorn and 1 RIR are bad bad nest sleepers. I get a kick out of them because every night I'll go in and pull them out and put them on the roost. I'm a little more gentle with my RIR because she's got a bit of a limp right now and I'm afraid I hurt her foot one day when I swatted at my rooster.
