Gender of these four chickens

Definitely keep an eye on #2 for a bit longer.
All the others aside from #1 have male feathering.
Where did you get them? Did you hatch them?

Yes..but I still couldn’t relate their combs and wattles to adult roosters so I wasn’t sure.

No, but any red in combs and especially wattles at 6 weeks is a dead giveaway.

I bought them from a farmer who hatched them whe they were less than a week old. He let me chose among a number of them, I just picked randomly. I only read about we can differentiate male and female chicks from wing feathers after being them home, when I tried to check their wing feathers, look like I am going to get 5 hens and one unsure. Can’t really tell from the wing feathers myself

Wing sexing works only if the chicks have been bred for that. It's not surprising you couldn't tell.
