my brother just bought a place in Littleton north of Houston his taxes I think are over the top high and they is a hoa (Nazis in training IMHO)
on a lake sort of, has to cross the street.

Perfect. Everything you said was perfect. Butinski Belle is perfect, beautiful old gal. so is Scooter. Don't upset the applecart.

Thank you. That makes me feel better. I feel guilty because I didn't do a very good job raising Belle while also raising my 3 yr old toddler and 5 yr old. Too much to do and Belle got the short end. When Scooter showed up, she calmed down quite a lot, but now I feel like I've been neglectful of Scoot. Doing the same thing for a third time would be like shooting myself in the foot.

I want to do it right this time.

I am pretty sure the answer to all of the above is yes SO don't be so hard on yourself. Dogs are adaptable and forgiving.

Maybe I will join you and mutt in Texas some day. You can't even replace your windows here without a permit. Weellllll..... you can, you're just not supposed to.
