how old are the other babies?
Two are six days old, and two are five days old.
not that big of a difference . I would do it now but watch they dont fight and that the little ones are eating and drinking ok. you can tell if they get an attitude almost as soon as you put them in there. I have some 2 weeks apart doing fine. moved the older ones today because they were just running out of room.
I've got them in the same brooder tub, just hardware cloth between them. The big ones are sleeping in a huddle pressed up to the wire trying to get to the babies. It's sweet.
aww, they want to cuddle
you could put all of them on one side for a bit to see how they do. that way you wont have to take your divider out and possible back in. I like the way you attached that btw.
campingshaws, love the new little ones! Congratulations on successfully infecting your husband with chickenitis. It will be interesting to see how many birds you have this time next year. Any predictions?
granny, curious about your bee situation. Are they still around? Glad you had a better day and HAPPY SPRING!
hmm, out of site out of mind . wishing probably been gone for a couple days. never thought no more about them. weird hu?
Campingshaws, glad to know I was'nt the only one to fall into the temtation only known as, chicken math! I might or might not have gotten somthing from tractor supply. I might have discoverd what my disabled rabbit has, "Floppy" rabbit syndrome. He is good now, but sadly this can lead to coma then death. But I don't know for sure.
Just a little fun,
Who NEEDS this.
It even has a tail!
Good night to all and curl up with all your fuzzies. I am off to bed in the finnally warming Ohio.
