One of the dark marans/SS eggs is rocking and rolling. I wonder if the color or thickness of the shell made a difference?

what do you guys think about someone losing their job that they are really good at because of a new dress code ? Tattoos to be exact. they are butterflies and a ribbon of disability's . my friend, my sons worker , will more then likely be fired come monday because of this. DSI new ceo Shane Burton believes that somehow, my son , who he has never met would be better off with someone without tattoos and face piercing. they go to her wrist and on the forearm . that means wearing a long sleeved shirt in the hottest parts of summer .. my son doesnt handle change well. his sister is covered in them his BIL is an artist. does that make them unfit as well? whats your take on this ? I have voiced my opinion on their face book page.

Maybe some other client complained so Shane Burton made a new rule (or began enforcing an existing rule). If you prefer to keep this worker, call him up and complain right back! Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I do know that some people are disturbed by the piercings. My dad walked out of a restaurant once because his waitress had on a midriff top with navel rings exposed, you know, right at eye level. He lost his appetite and left.

He didn't complain, though. Figured it was up to the owner to decide staff dress code, and people can always eat elsewhere.

I did tell him what i think. she has a tongue piercing. I cant see it. he is NEW ceo so i think he is just pushing his weight around? what bothers me is my son. if you have ever been around an autistic kid and change the rules on them it just screws their whole world up. he starts repeating every thing you say over and over, rocks a lot. behavior problems . acting out. Its not easy.

cool video. Update on the bumper car terrisom bit. 2 Arrested so far looking for other 3. 2 with minor injuries. So some lady in Richardton (about 25 miles east on the interstate) got into a fight with her husband and he took off instead of fighting so she got in a vehicle and ran him over. according to a very good source she had partaken of crystal meth with in the previous 24 hours. Also got a hold of a man who has sucker rod for the rest of my fencing at the farm gonna need over 1 mile of it to do what I want to do. This will also involve some where between 150 and 200 railroad ties to be set in ground for posts. Also hope to get the other 1/4 mile done in barbed wire then will be set for 4 legged livestock. Thinking goats and yaks or maybe sheep and yaks who knows we don't call it Twisted Acres for nothing. LOL

Well you ask for opinions so here you go. Personally I hate tats on women I think it makes them look trashy and cheap. For God's sake some of them are even called tramp stamps. As to piercings other then ears and then in moderation. I do not care as long as I don't have to see them. I have enough metal in my mouth don't need any on the rest of me. Yes there are some beautiful tats out there and have seen the ones your sil does very nice!! but not my cup of tea. But then I am definitely old-fashioned and from a very, very, very, conservative up bringing. My sister wasn't even allowed to get her ears pierced until she was 16. You should have people want to see/look at you for what you have to say and your personality instead of the 10 pounds of metal hanging off your face. Now that being said if tats and piercings are part of your heritage more power to you. But then it like when I see a person with dreadlocks all I can think of is the lambs tails covered in crap. Their choice but don't ask me to endorse it or for that matter hire them. It is sad but true as a business owner your employee's represent you and your business. And first impressions do count. I have had customers come into my lobby (which is attached to my house) say/complain that it "reeks" of smoke and either turn around and walk out or want to check out the room first and see if it smells to them as well. My choice to allow smoking in my house has cost me business but then it is my choice as a business owner. People with vote with their pocketbooks. Now if your son's caregiver consents to the dress code and it was in place when they hired him he did know the rules. But YOU can tell him that he can wear a teeshirt when he enters your house. Me thinks I am rambling. Hope I haven't truly torked you off there Granny.

PS birthmarks are just extra kisses from God when he was making you. Just like freckles are extra angel kisses.
