It is probably too much amperage being used with 4 heat sources plugged into it. Is it possible for you to run a couple off of another outlet?its called 6 plug outlet strip
Its a surge protector strip, I use one for different things through out my house. I have one in the coop as well.I have 4 things. 2 / 125 watt heat lights and 2/ 250 watt. its a 6 outlet thing i wish i had picture. plugged into the main, it has its own trip switch . that is what keeps tripping
He's in no more pain, Ollie my favorite chicken/rooster is no longer with meThank to all of you for trying to help, it's all my fault, I should have asked for advice last week when I wormed them and he started acting funny.![]()
He beat me to it, lol. That is a favorite movie of DD and I - this past year at fair she even pulled the whole, "Farm boy - polish my horse's saddle" bit on her bf (he knows his line is always, "As you wish")

Also, my wall doesn't normally look like that, LOL, but mama liked to projectile poop. Sigh. Something I didn't know was that a few days after the hatch, the mama no longer sits on the nest. She comes back to feed the baby throughout the day, but doesn't warm it at night or anything. Interesting, I thought, since it was pretty bald and ugly when the mama stopped sitting, lol. Good thing it hasn't been super cold!
manychitlins, any egg will burst. did that myself this tr. found a nest with an old egg in it and i wanted to get a better look. I got it ! hahaa Campingshaws, have you tried the scented dryer sheets in your pockets or down your socks? I havent yet but was planning on it .
Yes they do and thank you for the kind wordsOh I am so sorry about your roo! It is just so hard to lose an animal. They wedge themselves right into our hearts.
