This is Mae West, hatched in March sometime. She's a splash with hardly any spots. Nice and big, though. She actually slows down and stops when the kids start chasing her.

She is a very beautiful hen. Sorry a Fox got the other one . All of them are very beautiful birds!

I'm almost convinced mine is at least part Cochin. Only thing really different on mine is the color and the comb is so tiny.

oh boy ! Grannys gone and done it !!! Big time !

dr. gave me 2 different antibiotics, pain pills, b12 shot . told me to stop the one diabetes meds.(already did) and making appt. for 2 specialists. one for blockages in my legs and one for foot. they will be in the city. not around here.
ok heres the funny thing. wish i could do pictures ! I have a bird calico in color, the size of my fist, one eye and cant fly.

It is in my bedroom. it eats chicken gizzards . its 2-3 yrs. old . makes sounds like a dove or clicking. it was a rescue . I was told it is a screech owl ! tons of research to do. hahaa

Mutt, I also had a bad day. I went into the car to go get some things
:tire low, add air: Stupid brother decided to hit EVERY pothole he saw when driving home from a meeting.

If that wasnt bad enough, when I went to put a disk in the player, It wouldnt read.

So all day with no tunes! I too was bored, you can tell when I look up random stuff on google.

Granny, if it is a screech owl, you probably need a special permit to keep it. No permit could land your @ss in jail! Plus a huge fine......

Feeding it is going to take more than just chicken gizzards to keep it healthy.
